We can accommodate early starts or evening cleans, whatever works best for your business. All of our Cleaners are DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked and are employed on a strict set of terms and company policies. They are professionally trained and accredited.

Caring for the communal areas of our City’s residential buildings is just as important as an individual property, after all these areas are often providing the first impression to people’s homes. Working closely with concierges and Block Managers alike, we have formed an excellent alliance, which in a funny sort of way also helps our Estate Agency customers, Let and Sell their properties.
Leisure & Communal
From gymnasiums to large reception areas of some of our iconic glass towers in Spinningfields, we can deliver. There are some bespoke requirements in this area of our work, so we would be pleased to discuss your individual needs.

New Builds
This is where our service isn’t entirely inclusive to the City centre. We are currently working with a number of independent Developers operating in the leafy suburbs of Cheshire, which includes large one off properties as well as half a dozen semi detached properties & mews homes. In the City, we love being amongst the hustle and bustle , working under pressure when a Developer is looking to get off site as soon as possible as the decorators leave and the Council’s Building Inspectors finally sign off the construction.
Tower blocks of 200 Apartments is of no trouble to our dedicated team of Professional Cleaners, cleaning and preparing for the end user is what we do best!
